THINGS TO WATCH OUT FOR:

  • BEWARE of 1800 Number By-The-Minute Charges - Some Telcos charge calls by the minute. We only charge calls by the second.
  • BEWARE of 1800 Number 30 Second Block Call Charges - Some Telcos charge 1800 calls in 30 second blocks. FYI Telco charges all 1800 calls only in one second increments.
  • BEWARE 1800 Numbers hidden call rates - If a Telco doesn't publish it's 1800 Number's rates on it's web site but asks you to call to find out their rates, you'd have to wonder what they have to hide? Beware of terms "Copies of the price list are available from us, upon request". Only deal with honest, up-front Telcos who openly publish their call rates.   • BEWARE of 1800 Numbers Lock-In contracts - If a Telco insists on a contract, walk away. We don't have contracts. You can transfer your account at anytime. Just give us 30 days notice.
  • BEWARE of 1800 Number set-up fees - Some Telcos are charging between $19 and $100 to set-up an 1800 number! What benefit do you receive for paying them a set-up fee? We charge nothing to set-up your 1800 number.
