What is a Lucky Dip Number?
A Lucky Dip 1300 number is a FREE number and is allocated to you from a pool of numbers held with The Australian Communications and Media Authority known as ACMA.
Once FYI Telco receives your application for a 1300 number, we will submit a request for a new 1300 number to be added to your new account.
The FYI Telco 1300 Number Application Form asks the applicant to briefly describe the 1300 number that they would like. This is found in the "special instructions" section of the Application Form. This could mean "doubles" or "my favourite number is 5".
FYI Telco will the search the Lucky Dip data base in an attempt to secure a 1300 number as close as possible to your instructions.
If I Choose a 1300 Lucky Dip Number Will It Always Be Mine?
You will always be have the right to use your 1300 Lucky Dip Number providing that your account is in good order and invoices paid by the due date. Providing that your account is in due order you have the right to port between service providers.

- BEWARE of 1300 Number 30 Second Block Call Charges - Some Telcos charge 1300 calls in 30 second blocks. FYI Telco charges all 1300 calls only in one second increments.
