  • BEWARE 1800 Numbers hidden call rates - If a Telco doesn't publish its 1800 Number's rates on it's web site but asks you to call to find out their rates, you'd have to wonder what they have to hide? Beware of terms "Copies of the price list are available from us, upon request". Only deal with honest, up-front Telcos who openly publish their call rates.   • BEWARE of 1300 Number Lock-In contracts - If a Telco insists on a term contract, walk away. FYI Telco doesn't have term contracts. You can transfer your account at anytime. Just give us one calendar month's notice.
  • BEWARE of 1300 Number 30 Second Block Call Charges - Some Telcos charge 1300 calls in 30 second blocks. FYI Telco charges all 1300 calls only in one second increments.
  • BEWARE of 1300 Number set-up fees - Some Telcos are charging between $19 and $100 to set-up an 1300 number. What benefit do you receive for paying them a set-up fee? FYI Telco charges nothing to set-up your 1300 number.
  • BEWARE of 1300 Number By-The-Minute Charges - Some Telcos charge calls by the minute. We charge calls by the second.
